Pre-assemble
- In order to avoid problems in destination, after the production of steel members, we will pre assemble the steel frame in the factory. Pre delivery inspection
- Our QC department will make strict inspection before the goods leave the factory, including the steel beam size, steel yield strength, paint thickness, weld quality, connection flatness, screw hole accuracy, bolt strength and other relevant details, to ensure that our products are qualified, safe and fully meet the requirements of customers.
Package and delivery
- We will strictly protect the products from damage during transportation. We will wrap them with woolen blankets and fix them with tape. If necessary, we will bundle them with steel wire and lay steel plates under the steel beams. Each product is clearly labeled, and strictly corresponding to the drawings, convenient for the installation site to find.
After-sale service
- After receiving the goods, you can contact us at any time to get the installation instruction. You can also sign installation guidance contract or installation contract with us.
