Hot Rolled Steel Rolls as raw material, after the removal of oxide by pickling of cold rolling, the finished rolling hard volumes, due to continuous cold deformation caused by the cold work hardening to te volume rolling hard strength, increasing hardness,toughness and plastic index decrease, so stamping performance will deteriorate,can only be used for simple deformation of the parts. Hard roll can be used as raw material for hot dip galvanizing,plant, because the hot dip galvanizing line is set to have a back line. Steel coil at room temperature,the hot rolled coils for continuous rolling.

Continuous Galvanizing Line produces Hot-Dipped Galvanized steel sheets from base metal of Cold Rolled Coil, process consist of cleaning or degreasing, pickling to remove scale and residual from the surface, annealing furnace is used to achieve desired mechanical properties for strip, then galvanization by coating steel with a layer of zinc by immersing the metal in a bath of molten zinc, the steel sheet alloys with the zinc to bond coating onto the strip surface. After hop-dipped galvanizing process, variety of surface treatment can be applied, chemical passivation, chromate, oiling etc.

Use galvanized steel sheet, cold rolled steel, electro galvanizing, or Aluminium-Zinc alloy steel as substrate, and after forming the chemical conversion layer on both sides of it by surface treatment process, and then paint it with primary coating and finished coating which consist of polymer resin to create high quality color coated steel products. The coating of color coated steel products include: Polyester, Epoxy, Polyurethane, Silicon Modified Polyester, High durability polyester, Poly Vinylidene Fluoride, and other paint systems to achieve the quality and demand as per application of the products.

Aluzinc Steel roll is composed of Al Zn alloy structure, which is composed of 55% Al, 43% Zn and 2% Si solidified at 600 ℃. The whole structure is composed of Al Fe Si Zn, forming a dense quaternary crystal. Excellent characteristics: good corrosion resistance, 3 times of pure galvanized sheet. The corrosion resistance of Aluzinc steel mainly due to the protection function of aluminum. When zinc is worn, aluminum forms a dense layer of alumina, which prevents corrosion-resistant materials from further corroding the interior. Aluminum zinc alloy steel plate has good heat resistance, can withstand the high temperature of more than 300 ℃.
